Shadow & Grace Return & Refund Policy

At Shadow & Grace, every product is intentionally created and carefully packaged. Due to the personal, ritual, and wellness nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at SHADOWANDGRACE1111@gmail.com and include:

 

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging it arrived in

 

Once the damage has been verified, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.


Please note:

 

  • Returns are not accepted for opened or used products

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind or incorrect ordering

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement
