Anointing oils

Rituals for Healing, Alignment & Transformation

Shadow & Grace Anointing Oils were created as intentional tools to support healing, reflection, release, and personal transformation.

After years of working as a holistic coach and guiding people through emotional healing, self-discovery, grief, relationships, purpose, and spiritual growth, I realized many people needed something tangible to hold onto during their healing journey something sacred they could return to in moments of reflection, prayer, meditation, release, or becoming.

These oils were created from that understanding.

Each blend is intentionally crafted using herbs, resins, botanicals, and spiritual traditions I’ve encountered through years of travel, healing work, and studying holistic practices from different cultures around the world. Every formula is thoughtfully created to align with specific intentions, emotional healing journeys, and energetic support.

Ingredients may include sacred botanicals such as:

  • Frankincense
  • Myrrh
  • Rose
  • Lavender
  • Hyssop
  • Cinnamon
  • Calendula
  • Orange Peel
  • Clove
  • Hibiscus
  • Bay Leaf
  • Mugwort
  • Palo Santo infused elements
  • Essential oils and crystal-infused intentions

Each blend is handcrafted in small batches with intentional ingredient pairings designed to support emotional, spiritual, and energetic wellness.

These oils can be used during:

  • Meditation
  • Prayer & spiritual reflection
  • Journaling rituals
  • Sound baths
  • Full moon & release rituals
  • Manifestation practices
  • Self-love ceremonies
  • Emotional healing work
  • Shadow work
  • Daily grounding rituals
  • Energy cleansing practices

Apply to pulse points, hands, heart center, temples, or ritual candles while setting your intentions and speaking life over yourself.

Shadow & Grace was born from the belief that healing is not linear, and sometimes people need sacred tools that help them feel supported while they evolve into who they are becoming.

This is more than oil.
This is intention.
This is reflection.
This is ritual.
This is one of my gifts to the world.
